  • Granulated sweetener of choice—Only use this if you prefer your pancakes to be sweeter. When they have been fried, I always add maple syrup because I feel the banana is sweet enough. 
  • Overripe bananas are extremely delicious and easily mashed.
  • Egg whites: Significantly reduce calories while supplying more protein. The best egg whites are fresh, but you can also use egg whites from a box. 
  • Adds a beautiful vanilla flavor and vanilla extract.
  •  To mix the batter, use either milk or water.

The dry ingredients should first be added to a mixing bowl. Whisk the bananas and the liquid elements until well combined in another bowl. Once a smooth batter is produced, mix the solid and liquid ingredients.
