  • Water
  • Epsom salt (1 cup)
  • Bucket

How to use:-

  • Fill Warm water in a bucket. Add Epsom salt and let it dissolve. 
  • Soak your feet in this water for about 15 minutes. 
  • Repeat this once every day to get relief.

Lemon oil- lemon oil has anti-inflammatory properties, which reduces the swelling of the bunion and minimize the inflammation.

Things You will need:-
  • Lemon oil (3drops)
  • Coconut oil (2 tsp)
How to use:-
  • Mix lemon oil and coconut oil together and massage it on the affected area gently.
  • Leave it for 30-35 minutes or overnight as you prefer.
  • Try this method 2-3 times every day to get rid of a bunion.

Peppermint Oil- peppermint oil has menthol as its main constituent, which is a powerful anti-inflammatory agent. It helps in relieving the bunion pain and minimizes swelling and redness.

  • Peppermint oil (4 drops)
  • Coconut oil (2 tsp)
How to use:-
  • Mix peppermint oil and coconut oil together and massage it on the affected area gently.

Bay leaf Tea- This is the best home remedy for treating bunions. Bay leaf has analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, which is great for bunion treatment. If you want to get rid of bunions fast, try this method for two months continuously. 

Things you will need:-
  • Bay leaves (1 tablespoon)
  • Water (30 ml)
How to use:-
  • Add bay leaves to water and boil in a pan for 5 minutes. Steep the tea overnight and strain in the morning. Transfer the tea to a flask.
  • Keep sipping on the tea for the entire day. You can save this tea for two days.
  • Drink this for three days continuously and take a break for ten days. Repeat this process again after ten days.

  • Leave the washcloth for 25 minutes on the affected area. Do this method once daily.

  • Cherry juice (1cup)
How to use:-
  • Consume tart cherry juice twice every day until you see relief in condition.
